We ask that you give us special consideration from proposal to delivery and installation. Our process allows you the comfort of knowing your vision will be executed at our highest standards.
Your Inquiry
Fill in our wedding inquiry form with your confirmed wedding date, venue, color vision, budget, and any early inspiration. The more detail you share, the better prepared we'll be for our first consultation.
Budget Allocation
We work with you to allocate your budget toward the elements that will make the biggest visual impact on your day — from a striking bouquet to dramatic ceremony arches and reception installations.
Your Vision
We ask you to share photos or a Pinterest board of what you’re imagining. Because flower availability changes seasonally, we develop a design that captures the essence of your vision using what’s at its best at the time.
Your Wedding Party
To ensure an accurate proposal, we’ll need to know how many are in your wedding party and what they’ll be wearing. We also consider leis or flowers for family members.
Event Details
We design with your environment in mind — indoors, outdoors, or both. Share the layout, flow of space, time of day, and key focal areas. Lighting, temperature, and wind patterns all influence the design.
Proposal & Design
We present a detailed floral proposal tailored to your vision and budget. This includes item-by-item breakdowns, design direction, and an opportunity to refine before we finalize.
Installation Day
Our team arrives hours before your ceremony to ensure every element is perfectly placed. We work directly with your venue and planning team for a seamless, stress-free installation.

We happily service the entire island of Oʻahu. From Waikīkī’s iconic resorts to the majestic backdrops of the Koʻolau mountain range, our team has experience working with many wedding venues around the island.
Response Times
2–3 Business Days
We aim to reply as quickly as possible. During busy wedding weeks we may be a little slower, but clients with an upcoming event are always at the top of our list. If your celebration is approaching, you will hear from us quickly.
